两边提到的成功因素都很重要
Some people maintain that hard work and determination lead to success in life. Other people contend that other factors, such as money and appearance, are more important. Although I believe that money and appearance can certainly help a person gain success, I also think that hard work and determination provide the surest way to achieve success.
From the standpoint of money and appearance, it is argued that money is directly associated with a person’s ability to achieve success. Money often provides the means for people to get good educations and to start businesses, which can pave the way toward success. In regard to appearance, if a person appears to be good-looking or successful, even if they are disadvantaged in other areas, they will then have a better chance to become successful.
But, in my opinion, hard work and determination remain the largest factors in becoming successful. Not all of us have the financial means or good appearance to assist us in our efforts to become successful. Thus, we have to rely on hard work and determination to accomplish our goals and objectives. Although hard work and determination may not provide the fastest or easiest path toward success, they provide a means of achieving success which is available and accessible to everyone.
In conclusion, money and appearance can certainly help people achieve success, but those resources are not available to all people. On the other hand, anyone can work hard if they are determined enough to do so. A person who works hard will have a good chance to obtain his goals and objectives and to be successful.
