Some people think that instead of preventing climate change, we need to find a way to live with it. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Climate change is a serious issue, which is why governments, businesses, and even individuals are encouraged to alter what they do to stop the world from heating up. Because of the seeming impossibility of reversing climate change, some think it is best to focus on how to live with it instead of thinking of ways to prevent it. I, however, generally disagree with this view.
There is wisdom in learning how to adapt to the planet’s temperature rise. Businesses and schools need the proper infrastructure to handle the heat. Government units must have better disaster-response methods as natural calamities are sure to increase because of the new weather patterns.
However, people should not give up on trying to reverse climate change. If they do not do their part to minimize climate change, the world will heat up faster. The results will be even more disastrous as ecosystems will be destroyed, oceans will rise, and life on earth will become unbearable. Even if it is a hassle to change their habits, everybody must do their part as we share one planet.
Next, solving climate change is not impossible. Many experts agree that the right technology just needs to be developed to reverse the trend, though it may take decades for the reversal to happen. Meanwhile, efforts to alleviate the current effects of climate change and resolve the problem once and for all should continue.
To conclude, climate change is an issue that requires a concerted effort by the people of the world. Though difficult, it is not hopeless. Efforts to adapt to climate change should continue, but so should research aimed at stopping it.
