Caring for children is probably the most important thing of the society. It is suggested that all mothers and fathers should be required to take childcare training courses. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement?

Raising children properly truly is an important responsibility, which is why some believe parents should attend mandatory childcare training classes. However, I disagree with the idea because of two reasons outlined below.
Firstly, childcare training classes cannot ensure parents will successfully raise their kids afterward because there are so many factors at play. Families do not all have the same resources, so some might be able to provide for their children well while others will struggle. Parents may also not have ideal work schedules, causing an imbalance in allocating quality time to their children. In fact, sometimes, due to busyness at work, child-rearing may be left to extended family or even friends. And, of course, children are not all the same. Even if the childcare course teaches the best practices of the time, it is foolish to think such techniques can work on every child because each child is unique.
Secondly, it would be very difficult to implement this nationwide due to the number of new parents each year. The government would have to hire many people to teach the courses, and there would be many logistical requirements to consider, such as classrooms, scheduling, and even the need for experts for families with special children. And for the course to be effective, there ought to be practical and theoretical assessments, requiring additional spending and time of the participants. Thus, such a course would be very burdensome for any country to require all its new parents to attend.
In summary, though it is nice to know some sectors are concerned about the welfare of families in their society, it is clear that a mandatory parenting course is not a feasible option. Instead, officials should consider other means to educate new parents on raising their children.
